We are willing to explore offering additional services in order to further assist clients in this area.

*Mid-Range Chemical Dependency Services, Inc. work with most major insurance companies. We also accept Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Funding (Rule 25 funding) through the county.

*We accept payment by cash, check, or credit card for any self-pay, co-pay, and deductible payments. Payment plans can be worked out for services.

Insurance Accepted: BCBS, Blue Plus, UCare, Health Partners, Preferred One.
Other Payment Options: Rule 25/Consolidated Funding, Self-Pay

Medica:
We are unable to accept Medica at this time.
